As Bid Manager at St John Ambulance, you will be responsible for leading the commercial bid team, achieving revenue targets and business growth through the completion of high-quality tenders within the stipulated timeframes. A key responsibility in this role is to drive a high performing, results-oriented culture in the bid team. You will be motivating and managing the overall performance of the team when working towards KPIs and financial targets. You will maintain and develop the bid library, tender pipeline, and supporting processes, sharing best practices and learnings from bids which are won and lost while also analyzing trends from tenders and recommending improvements or changes to optimize the number of bids for which we can tender. About You To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in leading, managing, and motivating a successful bid team through building a results-oriented culture and achieving financial targets. You will ideally have some project management experience and strong relationship-building skills as you will work closely with internal stakeholders.
