As

Lead Pest Control Specialist

at Mosquito Authority, you will oversee the day-to-day field operations of our organization while ensuring the quality of your team’s productivity and efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate, manage, monitor, and motivate the Specialist personnel’s daily activities and duties within the organization.

Supervise, train and motivate staff to achieve desired goals and service requirements.

Act as a liaison with management, aiding in the development of strategic plans for organizational growth.

Service routes daily, when needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

High School graduate / GED

Two to three years basic pest control experience preferred

Valid Driver’s license and a good driving record

Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling

Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
