We are working closely with our client looking for a Night Operations Manager. This is a confidential role running the night shift from 10 PM to 7 AM, reporting to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working nights within a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities include:
Budget control of 3 million.
Manage a team of 3 Night Shift Managers.
Drive and deliver contractually agreed and budgeted KPIs on delivery and service levels.
Ensure the site remains safe and compliant throughout all chambers and ensure product integrity.
