We are expanding our operational team and are now recruiting a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in United Utilities waste water framework experience and associated civil engineering works. This will be a client-facing role. The successful candidate must have the ability to be an ambassador for the Company, always presenting a professional attitude towards the client. You will have experience in the management of construction projects in a Civils capacity on various Waste Water projects. You will review and ensure that an appropriate Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plan are in place prior to site works commencing and regularly review Quality documentation to ensure accurate Quality records are being maintained, as per the client. You will work collaboratively with the client, design partners, internal staff, sub-contractors, operatives, and other professionals and be responsible for all aspects of health and safety, quality and environmental assurance, contract administration, cost control, planning, communication, and people management. What Key Skills & Experience Are We Looking For? Experience in waste water/excavation/groundworks/concreting/drainage Minimum 10 years’ experience in a site supervisory role HNC/HND/Degree qualification in construction-related studies Minimum Gold Card CSCS accreditation SMSTS 5-day accreditation Minimum 3-day first aid accreditation Full Clean Driving Licence Temporary Works Supervisor accreditation Good working knowledge of the construction industry and of all relevant trade disciplines Good understanding of the CDM regulations Good understanding of NEC Form of Contracts Note:
