We are hiring! Circet are looking for a Rigging Team Leader to join our Wireless division. The purpose of the role is to lead a team and teach them the skills relevant to be able to provide services on telecoms sites for our customers to agreed service level agreements. Services are to be provided in a timely manner and to the quality required by the customer and the Company standards. Circet UK riggers will take on any rigging tasks at which time they will then be able to work on any network with confidence and competency in supporting their team with instructions. As Rigging Team Leader, your duties and responsibilities will include: Responsible for leading a rigging team, teaching them the relevant skills required for telecoms works. To set up site, highlighting and recording risks and implementing control measures To be proficient in the use of all site support software To be confident with a wide range of site configurations Ability to install antennas and basic steelwork solutions To build a site from start to finish unassisted not including handover or H&S requirements. To have consistently shown the ability to perform junior team leaders role Skills and Knowledge Requirements: Experience with Complex steelwork designs, site installations using HIAB/Cranes, Abseiling, Towers/Rooftops/Streetworks and traffic management Proven ability to work and learn in fast-paced environment Able to multi-task on a variety of tasks working independently and, in a team, oriented, collaborative environment Minimum of 3 years in a Rigging position Why work in Circet?
