The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of the current business processes, through to making recommendations to improve productivity. You must therefore have at least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, be able to work without supervision and adept at communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience of analytics in a call centre environment would be advantageous.
