Introduction: KPI:Health is seeking a conscientious professional to support multiple business functions with administrative workload. Our business hosts multiple departments, each with slightly differing administrative needs.

Current divisions and typical administrative requirements:

Commercial Development – Contract template completion, meeting minutes.

Senior Management & Directors – monthly management information, scheduling meetings.

Contracts and legal – collating and organising contracts inclusive of client, framework and supply chain.

Systems – Monthly inventory logging. Providing stats to relevant internal leadership.

Service delivery – meeting minutes

People – collating and recording monthly 1-2-1 appraisal forms.

Our company aims to grow year-on-year between 2024 and 2027. The business administration team will grow, offering a platform for the successful applicant to progress towards a management role.

Personal brief: KPI:Health is a fast-moving organisation, moving towards a project management style of work and outcome delivery. We are seeking an experienced Administrator from healthcare, or a professional, commercial background.

Articulate communication – both written and verbal.

Ability to present to a senior audience.

Organised, punctual and professional in self-presentation.

Professional and concise in context to written and verbal communication.

Aware of colleagues’ needs, and able to work collaboratively.

Technical skill set requirement:

MS Office systems

An openness to reviewing and trialling new systems or apps to streamline workflow

Job details:

Salary between £23,000 – £25,000 per annum based upon experience

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Working Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm

Central Milton Keynes location
