The salary for this permanent Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £36,176 - £38,596 per annum. Contribute to the development of new services and care pathways : Actively participate in the planning and creation of innovative services and care pathways. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement new models of care that enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes. Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy : Assist in the execution of the Group Nursing Strategy at the local level by aligning ward practices with strategic objectives. Ensure that nursing initiatives and goals are effectively integrated into daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the strategy. Engage in and promote continuous quality improvement : Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives within your service. Identify areas for enhancement, implement evidence-based practices, and engage in regular reviews and audits to drive ongoing improvements in care quality and service efficiency. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and feedback to achieve excellence in patient care. Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse: Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN

and at least 12 months of post-qualification experience. Relevant clinical experience

in a similar or related field. Demonstrates a positive attitude

and a strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and adaptability to change. Ability to adopt flexible and innovative approaches

to clinical practice and problem-solving. Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills , with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
