Situated in a prime location with ample onsite parking, our practice is staffed by a friendly and welcoming team, consisting of 4 vets, 1 Nurse, 3 VCAs, and 3 Receptionists.
You will be directing the day-to-day running of the clinical team, lending a hand where needed, and able to be a role model in your duties, as well as having managerial skills to optimise workflow.
Developing the potential of our RVNs in their individual surgical and medical interests, as well as assisting the training of the whole nurse and VCA team.
You will be involved in appraisals and auditing of clinical care, and so must be able to inspire and motivate.
