Ensure that all care areas are safe, fit for purpose, and effectively managed to uphold a high-quality care environment. Supervision & Mentorship:

Provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and helping them achieve workplace competencies. Post-Operative Care:

Assist in delivering post-operative care, ensuring that all care areas are well-maintained and managed to meet patient needs. Medication Management:

Safeguard the administration of medications and controlled drugs, ensuring adherence to high safety and quality standards. Data Recording:

Accurately document post-operative care data in systems like Compucare and Endobase, ensuring all records are up-to-date and comprehensive. Audits & Compliance:

Contribute to department audits and ensure that all documentation aligns with the company's policies and procedures for compliance and quality assurance. Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical skills with a dedication to evidence-based care. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior staff effectively. Proven organisational and leadership abilities to manage patient care and contribute to ward operations. Candidate Requirements: Must hold a valid

NMC Pin

(Nursing and Midwifery Council) Post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare setting. Have a minimum of 1 years' experience as a registered staff nurse. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
