Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.

Implement and uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations.

Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance and support to staff members to help them reach their full potential.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our reputation.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Ideally Michelin level experience or 3AA Rosette.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Ideally a car owner/driver or someone content to be located in a rural destination.
