The role of a Fenestration Manager: Use and understanding of Business micros / FDS (or equivalent). Window, Conservatory, Comp Door knowledge. Creation of accurate specifications and quotes, and process to order to manufacture for the region. Previous experience in the PvcU industry advantageous. Engage proactively with customers to establish if they are in the market for our products and be able to communicate benefits of our products. Work together with the Branch Manager to provide excellent customer service. Provide 1-2-1 training for branch staff onsite and via telecoms/teams. Have a can-do/will-do attitude and be able to work within a small team. Assist with all bespoke products (or be able to be trained), e.g., fencing, decking, Hardie call offs. Lead by example. Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets. Have a friendly, welcoming attitude and energy and passion that is required to deliver what our customers require. Must have a full valid driving license. Good organizational skills and be IT literate. Experience in a trade counter environment preferred but not essential as the right attitude and drive will overcome any lack of this experience. Full training will be provided.
