Do you enjoy working with young people and making a difference? We are looking for a confident person to join our team as a Youth Engagement Worker. You will seek out and provide support for young people aged 15 plus, helping them gain confidence and skills to be successful in the next phase of their lives. Support will include 1:1 and group work activities in community settings across Oldham and Rochdale. The Youth Engagement Worker will work closely with Career Advisers and other Youth Engagement Workers to develop creative methods to engage and work with young people to help them achieve positive outcomes. Vital to the job role is the ability to relate to and communicate effectively with our young people, many of whom will be experiencing significant barriers. The role also includes working to targets and establishing good relationships with schools, colleges, learning providers, employers, and key partners.
