Buyer or Senior Buyer - Aggregates and Muck Away - Earthworks and Groundworks
Up to £85,000 + package and bonus
Experienced Earthworks / Groundworks Buyer or Procurement specialist required to join a £50 million business in the West Midlands. This role requires muck away experience and an understanding of high-quality aggregates and where to source them.
The role involves working with quarries, sourcing high-quality aggregates at competitive prices, and managing muck away pricing from various construction sites. This includes sourcing the right location and tip provider at the best price.
The objective is to save costs per ton on both aggregate purchases (which must be high quality) and muck away expenses.
Very good rewards are available for the right candidate who can fulfill this role. Candidates must have experience in aggregates, knowledge of muck away, and excellent negotiating skills.
