Job Title: Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
A Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience working on Data Centric Application / Product / Software. Expertise in designing data models (conceptual and logical), working from business requirements. Expertise in Object and Class modelling, Class Hierarchies, and defining Class Associations, Compositions, Aggregations. Proficiency in UML (Unified Modelling Language) for diagramming and designing object models. Understanding of ORM (Object Relational Mapping) concepts and ability to utilize them to create efficient and optimized mappings. Ability to analyse complex business concepts to derive conceptual and logical data models. Strong proficiency in SQL to analyse large and complex sets of data. Familiarity with SDLC process, version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience/background in Java (or other OOP languages). Experience in financial services, and more specifically within the Lending business unit. Experience with database schema design. Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles, including Microservices, service-oriented architecture, and distributed systems. Understanding of Finance Industry Models such as FpML.
