GENERAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

is required for permanent employment based in

Newcastle. We are seeking a strong leader with a proven track record, stable and long-serving employment history, who leads his staff by example. An individual with unparalleled integrity, honesty, and discretion. Duties & Responsibilities

Business Operations Management (All business departments, workshops, sites, projects) Staff management and delegation Mining, Heavy Industry, Engineering, Workshop, Manufacturing sectors exposure. Technical management skills Financial management skills Project costing, profit feasibility Ability to represent the company at a Senior Level. Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant tertiary qualification: NQF 6 or above (preferred) Min 10 years’ exp. at a General / Operations or Senior Management level (req.) Strong business acumen (Financial, budgets, forecasting, sales, administration, procurement, workshop etc) QA / QC Management (with ISO exp) Auditing exp/exposure Health & Safety Driver’s licence Computer literate (Advanced Excel) Traceable references (Background screening / Verifications clear) Newcastle residency required. (Relocation not included) SKILLS Customer centric / focused Integrity / honesty Sober minded Package & Remuneration
