ETRM Business Analyst - Switzerland - 140K CHF

What you will do: Analyze and execute business requests for enhancements to existing ETRM system functionality. Document user requirements and produce specifications for IT developers on large projects. Execute smaller system changes as required. Ensure support and customer satisfaction in the area of responsibility. Comply with internal performance agreements and deadlines. Collaborate effectively in a team and communicate efficiently with stakeholders What you bring & who you are: Degree in Information Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur ETRM system. Knowledge of Energy Trading / Trading processes; Electricity and Gas product knowledge essential. Competency in the full Deal Lifecycle (Front, Middle, and Back). Outstanding analytical skills and excellent team player. Fluency in English; proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a bonus.
