We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Safety & Training Delivery Lead

to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a positive safety culture, and delivering effective training. You will conduct audits, perform risk assessments, and work closely with our teams to uphold safety standards across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Utilise training reports to achieve 100% mandatory training compliance. Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ensure tooling and equipment meet TCR working standards and are properly calibrated. Proactively manage incident investigations and follow up on near misses and observations. Lead the implementation of health & safety action points from inspections and audits. Training & Development Prepare and deliver engaging toolbox talks on key safety themes within workshops. Organise and deliver comprehensive health & safety training to staff. Collaborate with safety representatives to maintain site schedules and ensure delivery against action points. Support staff development initiatives in line with company expectations, ensuring training records comply with ISO best practices. Promote a positive health & safety culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives. Work closely with TMS and TCR Safety teams to share best practices and drive a culture of safety excellence. Identify top safety risks by area and implement effective mitigation strategies. Coordinate regular PPE/LMRA compliance inspections. What We Are Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in auditing and investigations, with a focus on health and safety. Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements and company processes. Ability to work accurately under pressure and to strict deadlines. Relevant qualifications, such as IOSH Managing Safety, with a willingness to work towards NEBOSH certification.
