As the EAL Coordinator, you’ll provide tailored support to students learning English as an additional language, often helping them adjust to their first school experience in England. This role includes developing personalized intervention classes and implementing school-wide protocols to support EAL students’ integration into both the curriculum and broader school life. Working closely with students, teachers, and support staff, you’ll play a key role in nurturing the academic, social, and emotional growth of our EAL students.
