Shifts: (Permanent) Days or Nights available
Salary: £ 19 – 22ph

Job Description:
Healthcare 1st Limited are a caring and committed care home provider and an excellent opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to work with our client.
Our client is looking for an RGN/RMN/RNLD full time to work in a care home which provides care for dementia, old age, and physical disability. It is set within a friendly environment.
This is a permanent role with excellent pay and working conditions.
Responsibilities:
Assess each patient’s needs, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care.
Administer medications.
Develop and maintain care plans.
Work within the guidelines of the NMC.
Ideally have experience working in a care or nursing home environment at RGN/RMN/RNLD level.
Minimum Requirements:
An up-to-date NMC PIN.
Proven leadership skills.
Excellent time management.
A caring and compassionate personality.
Honesty and reliability.
Good communication skills.
A professional manner.
Motivation.
Authorization to work in the UK.
The successful applicant must agree to a DBS *Basic / Enhanced * Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
