About the role: We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Lead to contribute to the strategic leadership of the academy, ensuring effective behaviour management systems and procedures are consistently implemented. This role requires a confident and experienced leader of behaviour management who has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage large groups of students in a complex inner-city environment with established systems and routines. You will: Have experience of raising attainment and managing behaviour of students in a challenging context. Have knowledge or experience of various intervention strategies. Be experienced in establishing effective, appropriate relationships with challenging young people and their families. Support staff in restorative conversations with students. Have a genuine belief in the potential of every student. Be a team player who can work collaboratively as well as using your own initiative. Have the right to work in the UK.
