Manage and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency in all construction activities.
Produce and review technical documents, including site reports, design drawings, and construction plans.
Monitor project progress against schedules, adjusting workflows as necessary to meet project deadlines.
Maintain robust communication with project teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
Requirements: Proven track record in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on grid transmission and distribution projects within the renewable energy sector.
Effective leadership skills with a history of managing construction or engineering teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.
Relevant professional qualifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, or similar are advantageous.
