Civils Supervisor Location: Scotland, UK Day Rate: £325 Contract Duration: 12 Months The Green Recruitment Company is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Engineering Supervisor specializing in Grid Transmission & Distribution for renewable energy projects. Based in the dynamic region of Scotland, this role offers the chance to be a key player in the transformation of energy infrastructure towards sustainability. About the Role: As the Civil Engineering Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the construction and maintenance of essential infrastructure required for effective grid transmission and distribution of renewable energy. Your expertise will ensure project execution meets technical specifications, environmental standards, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Supervise civil engineering operations for grid infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all engineering standards and environmental regulations.

Manage and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency in all construction activities.

Produce and review technical documents, including site reports, design drawings, and construction plans.

Monitor project progress against schedules, adjusting workflows as necessary to meet project deadlines.

Maintain robust communication with project teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.

Requirements: Proven track record in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on grid transmission and distribution projects within the renewable energy sector.

Effective leadership skills with a history of managing construction or engineering teams.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.

Relevant professional qualifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, or similar are advantageous.
