Staff Nurse Surgical Inpatients Cheshire, The Wilmslow Hospital, 52-54 Alderley Rd, Wilmslow SK9 1NY Full time, 37.5 hours per week Shifts: (Flexibility to work Long days, Nights and weekends) Permanent Salary: £28,450-£31,494 depending on experience plus 4% shift allowance We're looking for a Staff Nurse to join the Surgical Inpatients Team at The Wilmslow Hospital, currently rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC. Conveniently located close to Wilmslow train station, the hospital is made up of 13 consultant rooms; a full diagnostic imaging suite; 2 operating theatres and a dedicated women's health unit. As the Staff Nurse, working within our surgical unit, you will plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care whilst working within a multidisciplinary team, supervising and directing junior staff and temporary staff. You'll demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for your own actions, contributing to the setting of clinical standards, policy and procedures and research-based care and other practice development initiatives.
