Shooting Stars Nurseries are searching for a dedicated, creative, inspirational early years nursery manager to join and lead our established Worcester team. Part of a multi award-winning, family-focused, owned and run group of modern & inspiring day nurseries across the Midlands, providing high-quality childcare in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment in Worcester. Our dedicated staff support each child to reach their full potential and work closely with families to raise happy, confident children ready to explore the world. We focus on creating enabling environments and fostering a love for learning through child-centered approaches. Role - Early Years Nursery Manager - Shooting Stars Nursery Worcester, WR1 3JR This is a full-time Nursery Manager role at Shooting Stars Nurseries in Worcester. The Nursery Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure a safe and nurturing environment, lead staff, and work in partnership with families. This role requires on-site presence. Minimum experience and qualification requirements to apply: Minimum of two years’ post qualification experience, working in an Early Years setting and experience in a manager or deputy manager role. Minimum full and relevant Early Years Level 3 or above childcare qualification as recognised by the Department for Education. Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, and working with children with Special Educational Needs. Salary:
