The Kensington Veterinary Clinic is looking for a new part-time nurse to join our team. We have recently come under new management with a fresh lead vet and business manager. We would love our new nurse to contribute to a positive team culture, which is important to us. Our team can provide training to further develop your nursing skills and knowledge. We encourage all our team members to focus on areas they are interested in to become the best that they can be. You will be supported by a team of highly trained and enthusiastic nurses and a clientele who truly value their pets. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide effective support to veterinarians in all aspects of veterinary nursing. Maintain an excellent level of patient care and customer service at all times, treating every patient as if they were your own. Maintain a consistently high level of organization and cleanliness in the hospital and kennel areas at all times. Assist with reception and administration tasks as required. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and minimum 1-2 years’ or equivalent veterinary nursing experience. Confident and comprehensive experience monitoring anaesthetics. A keen desire to always deliver excellent standards of patient care and customer service. Excellent general computer literacy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A genuine love for animals and their people. Ability to work closely with all colleagues and nurture a culture of collaboration and teamwork. What we can offer:
