Full Time Our client - a small animal practice - is recruiting a Head RVN to join their vibrant team. This position provides you with the opportunity to develop nursing clinics and use your initiative to promote new ideas. You will be supported by a passionate team of vets and nursing staff including SVN and Patient Care Assistants as well as a dedicated reception team. This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours per week over five days. Our client offers the option for a four-day week if preferred. You will also be part of a weekend rota, covering 1:3 Saturday mornings, with time in lieu given the following week. The team has served the community for many years and has a strong client base. The clinic is a beautiful building with period features and character in every room! The clinic is well equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory machines, multiparameter anaesthetic monitor, and many nursing aids. Our client offers an excellent package with a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum including a health cash plan from day one (covering dental, physio, and optical services) with a 24/7 Private GP Service, an additional ‘Day for You’ as a paid day’s leave for you to use as you wish, 33 days’ annual leave (including Bank Holidays) rising to 38 with length of service, Clinical CPD: £750 per year plus 2 days’ paid leave, VDS, RCVS and BVA fees paid, and plenty more.
