Role Description Airswift are seeking applicants for the role of Recruitment Consultant to join their Manchester office. This Recruitment Consultant position would suit candidates at either entry level or with experience. Principle Accountabilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s permanent hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies. Deliver a range of permanent recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients. Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue. Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. Tenacious and determined to succeed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail oriented. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert. A great work ethic with a desire to get the job at hand done. Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone based sales role preferred, but not required. A decision maker and solutions provider.
