Overview As a Telco Regulatory Manager at Natterbox, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with telecommunications regulations and standards across various jurisdictions globally. You will be responsible for navigating the complex regulatory landscape to help facilitate the seamless delivery of our communications services worldwide. You will assist with ensuring our compliance with other standards and regulations. What you’ll do Ensure compliance with all relevant telecommunications regulations, policies, and standards, monitor proposed changes to laws and regulations, assessing potential impacts on our business operations. Interpret and analyse regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all aspects of our communications services - voice, messaging, OTT (WhatsApp etc.). Develop and implement strategies to address regulatory challenges and minimise risks. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory authorities, industry associations, and other stakeholders, with regular communication and collaboration Develop and articulate internal policy positions on regulatory issues, advocating for changes that support our business objectives. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on regulatory matters. Implement systems and processes to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Work with our Data Analyst to prepare regulatory compliance reports for senior management and regulatory authorities as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated into product design and implementation. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on regulatory matters, including compliance requirements and best practices. Requirements What you’ll need 5+ years of experience in telecommunications regulatory compliance, preferably in an international context. In-depth knowledge of telecommunications laws, regulations, and industry standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop practical compliance solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders. Proven track record of successfully managing regulatory compliance programs and initiatives. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in engagement with regulatory agencies is highly desirable.
