Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Manager to oversee the management of contracts within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of contract law, ensuring that all agreements are compliant, beneficial, and executed efficiently. This role requires excellent communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks associated with contractual obligations. Duties Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and legal standards. Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts and related documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to identify contract requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct risk assessments on contracts to identify potential issues and propose solutions. Provide guidance and training to staff on contract management processes and best practices. Monitor contract performance and facilitate renewals or amendments as necessary. Liaise with external parties, including clients, suppliers, and legal counsel, to resolve any disputes or queries. Requirements Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry. Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
