You will be Free2move's ambassador to the Stellantis dealer network and your mission will be to develop and optimize our Rent agency network with a fleet of several hundred vehicles. As a Mobility Manager at F2M, you will have the opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of our business. You will be responsible for improving the business KPIs, providing training and coaching, as well as operational advice and guidance on how to manage a successful vehicle rental business. The ideal candidate will have a background in vehicle rental operations and sales. Your next missions: Development and growth for rental in the area Signing up new dealerships Training dealerships on how to use the F2M software Educating dealerships on ATP/how to process reservations and claims Setting up sublease agreements/contracts with dealerships in his area Providing reports to dealerships Ensuring dealerships are paying their F2M invoices in a timely manner Creating presentations Presenting to dealerships Building/maintaining relationships with the dealership network Identifying potential leads for local dealership business for the Business Development Manager Monitoring and managing the daily operation and use of the F2M platform Design and implement action plans to improve the Rent KPI’s Expected skills:
