We are currently seeking an

Associate Director Building Surveyor

based in

Milton Keynes

for one of our clients on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a growing specialist surveying and consultancy provider. Responsibilities of the

Associate Director Building Surveyor Building inspections. Acquisition surveys and dilapidations. Winning new work and developing business opportunities. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions to perform duties and aid business development. Contract administration. Maintenance and refurbishment projects. Record CPD in accordance with RICS requirements. Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client contracts and business opportunities. Requirements for a successful Associate Director Building Surveyor Membership of RICS. A degree within a relevant subject or field. Substantial post-qualification Building Surveying experience. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. Excellent negotiation skills. Fee target achievement. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
