We're looking for Associate Case Managers with capacity to take on new cases to support our industry-leading rehabilitation case management team.
We're looking for experienced Associate Case Managers with a background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy, UK wide, to join our industry-leading team.
We're an award-winning provider of rehabilitation, supporting individuals who have been involved in Catastrophic accidents, supporting them back to an optimum return to function, work and independence.
The Role:
You will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life changing injuries. Using your excellent communication skills, you will support your clients, helping them identify and achieve their full potential and provide goal-focused rehabilitation with the aim of facilitating an optimum return to work and function.
