This is a senior position within the quality team, playing a vital part in the success of the department. You will solve complex, challenging issues and be considered a technical expert in the team through directing the way with best practice.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position will assist in the development of other quality engineers and will focus heavily on the management of suppliers from a quality perspective.
In this role, you will have numerous responsibilities to take ownership of and drive, such as developing process audit plans, implementing new methodologies to improve quality, and using problem-solving techniques to identify issues. You will also play a significant part in the development of other team members through mentoring and regular meetings.
The ideal candidate will be result-driven, thrive on continuous improvements, and naturally support the development of themselves and those around them.
Experience Requirements:
Experience within a quality environment in a related, regulated industry
Strong knowledge of quality management techniques and quality system requirements
Solid understanding of quality tools like root cause analysis
