Job Description Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns Prepare detailed reports that highlight findings to inform business decisions Work closely with the Analytics team to establish and meet data-related objectives Implement innovative BI tools and systems Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures Collaborate with various departments to collect and direct data requirements Enhance data collection procedures to include relevant data for analysis Protect data integrity and keep sensitive company information confidential The Successful Applicant A successful Graduate BI Analyst should have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Proficiency in data mining, SQL, and BI tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging between £27,000 and £33,000 per annum An enriching work environment that promotes learning and professional growth A diverse role within the Life Science industry in Watford A comprehensive benefits package (details to be confirmed during the hiring process)
