What does the role of Product Expert do? You'll be a Product Expert and support Sales Associates with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements. You’ll collaborate and work closely with the Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for different social media streams. You’ll be a true expert and fully knowledgeable around all Porsche products and technologies. You'll be the first point of contact for customers to help resolve instances of technical or troubleshooting issues. You’ll be comfortable in providing in-depth insights for product expert employees about products and technological updates. What do you need to succeed as a Product Expert? You’ll have previous customer-facing experience, preferably in the automotive/retail industry. You’ll have the drive and passion to succeed in a fast-paced role and industry. You’ll have a true passion for customer care, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. You’ll be able to absorb information quickly and effectively communicate this with your peers and customers. You’ll be a confident communicator who can engage and build relationships with customers quickly. You’ll have great organisational and time-keeping skills to manage your diary with your customers effectively.
