10 - 18 years Description - The Solution Architect will be responsible for supporting our largest and most strategic Solution Delivery opportunities, offering expertise in delivering world-class Salesforce implementations and building valuable relationships both internally and externally to be recognized as a leading Business Transformation Expert. A successful Architect will have strong experience and a passion for designing transformational solutions, working directly with customers to meet their business needs. This role will provide thought leadership and consultation throughout the transformation lifecycle. As a key member of our team, the Solution Architect will assist in building the roadmap by running Business Process Reviews. They will also participate in planning, architecting and designing activities, guiding the subsequent implementation of Salesforce. Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations. Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members. Stay current with leading-edge industry trends, technology drivers and innovations, including the Salesforce product set. Manage discussions with various levels of customer business stakeholders. Identify and help build service offerings to support rapid time-to-value for Salesforce implementations. Support deep-dive pre-sales activity as needed, positioning successful delivery of customer solutions. Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations. Maintain a target billable utilization aligned with the role. Validate solution components, lead customer walkthroughs, and provide guidance to the project manager regarding key issues/risks to the project. Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups to elicit and define business requirements. Create and own user stories / business requirements documents as outcomes of the requirements gathering sessions. 10+ years of CRM experience, with at least 5 years on the Salesforce platform. Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including at least two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Experience leading workshops to define and prioritize client requirements and capabilities. Ability to ask challenging questions during workshops and suggest best practices for implementing business processes efficiently. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across disparate systems. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing, guiding stakeholders to think through all aspects of the request. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies. Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies. Strong background in leading large web-based systems or full software product lifecycle exposure. Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
