The business is experiencing tremendous growth, and they are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join their London-based legal team. In this role, you will provide strategic legal support to drive business expansion and innovation while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Your work will involve
negotiating
commercial agreements, supporting product development, managing regulatory compliance, and assisting with capital market mandates . You will work closely with internal teams to create legal frameworks that align with business objectives and provide tailored solutions to complex challenges. Additionally, you will engage with external counsel to oversee regulatory requirements and maintain compliance across various markets. Key Requirements You will be a qualified solicitor with a
minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience
in the UK Specialist background in any or all of the following areas:
Commercial Contracts, Finance, Corporate M&A, or FS Regulatory Highly motivated individual, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Proven track record in managing cross-border legal matters would be advantageous The role will be London based, with hybrid/flexible working on offer.
