£26k base salary with on-target earnings in your first year being £65k+ Holiday incentives for top billers - previous destinations include Marbella, New York, RISE Festival and Iceland Transparent pathway to director-level Weekly pub trips with the whole team to relax after a day of work WFH opportunities with 2 days a week at home - Tuesday and Thursday Monthly socials at the company expense - previous trips include Ascot, wine tasting, and Oktoberfest outings 30 days holiday and a two-week lockdown over the Christmas period Late start and early finish on a Friday - allowing you to get the weekend started Casual work attire The Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Cold calling potential candidates/clients to increase the amount of business, dealing with the rejection that can subsequently come from this. Guiding potential candidates through the whole interview process, providing support and advice on the different stages, whilst taking feedback. Networking via LinkedIn, phone calls, etc. Production of advertisements to increase the flow of candidates into your pipeline. The Ideal Candidate - Graduate Recruitment Consultant?
