Offering an outstanding level of customer care to all clients and candidates. Maximizing candidate registrations from a mixture of applications and headhunting. Interviewing candidates for client roles remotely via our online digital registration process. Accurately completing Right to Work checks. Creating candidate specification lists for sales consultants to market. Performing regular candidate aftercare check-in calls. Attending monthly meetings with clients to plan.
