Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting school staff and operations? Do you have experience in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR processes? Join our team as an HR Assistant at a prestigious school in Kensington & Chelsea, London, and help create a positive and efficient school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) in compliance with safeguarding regulations.

Oversee recruitment processes, including document verification, reference checks, and issuing paperwork.

Provide administrative support, such as managing diaries and taking meeting minutes.

Submit payroll-related documents, including absence reports, overtime, and expenses.

Update and manage the training matrix, ensuring staff receive appropriate training.

Handle daily communications, including emails and phone calls.

Greet visitors and issue correct lanyards.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in HR or administration, ideally in a school setting, with knowledge of HR processes and policies.

Ability to maintain accurate records, manage sensitive information, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and recruitment regulations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, parents, and external partners.

Skilled in managing tasks such as recruitment, payroll support, and training coordination.

Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK.
