The Role: We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help establish our brand in new locations. Initially joining as a consultant, there is a clear career path to grow into a senior/managerial role while building and leading a team around you. Starting remotely, the role will transition into a hybrid position as the company expands. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in education recruitment, with a minimum of 1-2 years. Ideally, candidates will have strong ties within the Midlands area, but we welcome applicants from other regions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Resilience, ambition, and a results-oriented mindset. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
