Key Responsibilities: Accurately processing and reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments. Managing accounts payable and receivable records with precision. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations. Supporting month-end and year-end financial close processes. Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve financial queries. Monitoring and managing expenses to ensure compliance with company policies. Providing support for ad hoc finance projects and operational improvements. About You: We are looking for a candidate who: Has previous experience in an accounts or finance assistant role. Is skilled in using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks. Demonstrates strong numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail. Is proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Communicates effectively and builds positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners. Thrives in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Adopts a proactive and solution-focused approach to work. Qualifications: AAT qualified (or studying towards qualification) is highly desirable.
