Barnsley . You will provide timely, effective, and comprehensive support to line managers within GXO Logistics ASOS in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from Recruitment and Selection to termination. This is a full-time, permanent role working
Monday to Friday, 10:30 - 19:00 . Responsibilities:
Develop the correct behaviours and culture within the area of responsibility according to the GXO Logistics values and commitments. Promote the quality and value of the overall HR function both within and outside of GXO. Manage the clerical recruitment process with appropriate third-party suppliers, controlling all terms and conditions for recruiters and performing audits where appropriate. Ensure all new starters are administered on the system, and that P files are created to the best class standard. What you need to succeed at GXO:
Excellent knowledge of HR Policy, Practice, Employee Relations, and Change Management. Relevant qualifications and further learning in areas. Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and prioritise workload effectively. Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
