Experienced Senior Residential Support Workers
to join our team who have the passion, drive and enthusiasm needed to provide outstanding care to our children. We also provide in-house therapy for all our young people and a high standard of training for all staff. Hours of work are an average of 40 hours per week, rota based, to meet the needs of the home. You are required to work any day of the week and sleep-in at the home when on duty. Salary OTE:
GBP14.50 - GBP16.00 per hour (OTE GBP30,000.00-GBP34,000.00 per year) depending on experience (includes sleep-ins - circa GBP4,000 per year) and possible overtime. Interview dates:
Throughout Dec/Jan Essential Experience: Residential Children’s Home: 2 years Licence/Certification: NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (children) or above Full UK Driving Licence is essential Benefits: Casual dress Company pension Free food On-site gym On-site parking Physical Setting: Residential home Shift: 12 hour shift Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Experience: Residential Children's Home: 2 years (required)
