Our client, a highly successful telecommunications organisation based near Marlow and Maidenhead, has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer & Router Support Co-ordinator to join their friendly Service Department.

The role is responsible for primarily processing orders and supporting second line customer queries relating to hardware. In a massively growing part of the company, this role will be key to achieving the demand for hardware, in addition to supporting the dispatch of orders where required. This role would suit someone with a natural technical aptitude, able to pick things up quickly with excellent time management skills. Manually configure routers Raise customer orders using Sage Perform testing on processed orders to ensure dispatch is accurate Process and manage returned stock Work within the Service Desk Team to support second line hardware queries Monitor queue on Zendesk ticketing system for outstanding order requests to be processed Prioritise workload for urgent requests Support the supply chain team with their dispatch-related activities Keep customers updated regarding shipment date and method, current status, and answer questions relating to pending/completed orders Skills/Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail is essential Must have the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative Highly organised coupled with the ability to prioritise effectively Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment The position consists of occasional physical requirements (moderate lifting and carrying) Able to pick up technical jargon quickly Excellent customer service skills Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
