As a Service Delivery Manager, you will manage and develop an industry leading field-based team, who carry out ANPR/CCTV installs including reactive call outs for sites that have gone offline. You will be a point of escalation providing valuable support to engineers, but also engage with other departments to ensure the Service Delivery Team delivers a high-quality service to its clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
To manage all aspects of the Service Delivery Team based in the South
To develop the Field Service Engineers’ capabilities in-line with the Group’s growth ambitions and the development of new services
To provide operational leadership and direction to achieve agreed service levels, targets and procedural compliance
To be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety requirements are adhered to across the Service Delivery Team (South)
To drive high quality installations in line with corporate compliance regulations across the team
To be responsible for the performance and development of team members
To act as an enabler to maximise team member’s motivation to meet business objectives
To create synergy between teams, ensuring positive working relationships and effective communication is maintained with key stakeholders – including ANPR, Sales and Technology
To continually improve the operational systems, processes, and policies to enhance the quality of service
