Shape the future of Workday by leading solution design, ideation, and implementation. Own and manage system upgrades, integrations, and technical transformations. Design seamless Workday integrations with third-party systems. Lead technical aspects of Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning modules. Develop and optimise Workday reporting, analytics, and security measures. Collaborate with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Be a champion for innovation and align solutions with broader business goals. Minimum Requirements:
Proven expertise in Workday architecture and HR solutions. Experience designing Workday integrations and delivering solution blueprints. Deep knowledge of Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning. Ability to lead and deliver solution designs independently. Collaborative mindset and top-notch leadership skills. Flexibility and creativity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
