Are you an experienced Credit Controller with a passion for reducing debt? The key purpose of this role will be primarily to eliminate overdue debt incurred initially at branch level. The role will involve working closely with Branch Practices to ensure they follow the correct process and procedures in the initial chasing of the outstanding debt. The position is offered on a Fixed term Contract basis for 12 months. Role Accountabilities

Regularly reviewing branch debt and providing support training where necessary to ensure they are effectively chasing debt. Proactively chase all accounts which have been referred by branches. Issuing Of Final Debt Letters. Negotiating payment plans where necessary. Managing and Reviewing payment plans. Escalation of accounts to In-house Pre-Litigation Recoveries Specialist or external Debt Collection Agency. Processing outstanding payments from clients issued by debit/credit cards and Prommt payments links via email or SMS. Liaising with Regional and Divisional Directors regarding outstanding debt. Resolving ticket queries raised on our central portal system. Running weekly debt reports for Divisional Managers. Assisting with account reconciliations for branches. Liaising with Insurance Companies on updates on insurance claims submitted. Assisting Debt Collection Agency with outstanding queries raised through their portal. Your Skills and Experience

Experience of working with high volume of queries, preferably multi-site. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proactive nature, good ability to investigate and resolve issues. Resilience and ability to challenge appropriately. Excellent email and letter writing skills. Confident and polite telephone manner. Ability to work using own initiative as well as within a team. Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (SharePoint etc.). D365 experience would be an advantage but not essential. French/Spanish language skills would also be an advantage but not essential.
