Our client, a well-established organisation based in NN4, is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team on a 3-month contract starting in January 2025. This role offers a great blend of office-based collaboration and the flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities: Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management. Supporting the delivery of HR projects and initiatives in line with business objectives. Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation. Collaborating with managers to coach and support them in implementing best HR practices. Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate records. About You: Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Confident in handling ER cases and providing practical advice to managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment. What's On Offer: Competitive salary of £36,000 - £40,000 (pro-rata).
