Care Professionals support clients in the community to live and remain in their own homes. Due to the nature of the role in the community, you must be willing to travel around Doncaster and commit to working a combination of the following shift times: 7am – 2.30pm and 3.45pm – 9.45pm, including alternative weekends and bank holidays. We require all our care assistants to be available for two evenings a week as a minimum. You will support clients with: Personal care tasks Medication Meal preparation Light housekeeping Shopping General companionship and wellbeing Taking clients to medical appointments Our values and culture are what makes us different.
